What MEGABOARD is
MEGABOARD (megaboard.live) is a public leaderboard. Users pay to place and boost listings; a listing's rank is determined solely by the total amount paid toward it. A bid purchases board placement at the resulting rank. Nothing else is promised: no traffic guarantees, no endorsement, no permanence of rank.
Bids
- All bids are final and non-refundable, including when your listing is later outranked by others.
- Rank changes continuously as others bid. Losing a position is a feature of the service, not a defect.
- Anyone may boost any listing. Boosting a listing you don't own grants you no rights over it.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Their buyer terms also apply to purchases.
Listings
- You may only submit content you have the right to link to. Listings are public.
- Prohibited: illegal content, scams, malware, sexual content, link shorteners, chat/invite links, and listings targeting private individuals.
- We may remove any listing at our discretion, including for rule violations or legal requests. Bids on removed listings are not refunded.
- One listing per URL. Submitting an existing URL boosts the existing listing.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim arose. We are not responsible for the content of listed websites.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
